This painting depicts toys I enjoyed as a child. It tells a little tale of love, warmth and joy that I needed to capture, share and let others enjoy forever. Brings back glorious moments of childhood playtime, it placing me back in time, right in the moment I was a kid. Childhood is such a fascinating and magical period of our lives. Who wouldn’t want to recall it? I have used a combination of pastel pencils and pastel sticks on Pastelmat.
